Our Process
Initial Contact: Once you contact us, we will set up an initial meeting to review and discuss your project. We will visit the jobsite to look over the layout and the area being altered. Measurements will be taken, we will discuss budgets, and get an idea of what you're looking to accomplish.

Design / Quote: A design will be created based off the measurements and vision discussed at the initial meeting. In addition, a quote will be generated based on these items, availability of materials, and expected timeline of completion. Where possible, various project phases will be separated so the customer can choose to proceed with all projects, or select projects they'd like to proceed with first, based on their budget. It is at this time, the customer can make changes to the project to fit their needs.

Booking Project: Once the customer and designer agree on project specifications, a deposit will be required to proceed with purchasing of initial materials. There will be a timeline given to the customer as to when the project will begin, and estimated time of completion.

Construction: During construction, the project will be executed as quickly and efficiently as possible. We will work with you to ensure that your normal lives will not be disrupted by our work. Throughout the project, we encourage customers to be present often on the jobsite to make sure they are satisfied with how the project is coming along or if there are any changes they foresee they would like made. If there are additions to the project, they will be at an additional fee than originally quoted, and will also alter the estimated time of completion of the project.

Maintenance: Once landscaping is completed, continual maintenance will be required in order to preserve and make sure the quality will remain for years to come. We are happy to assist with this ongoing maintenance or would be happy to provide resources to help you to maintain it instead.
